Packaging and Preparation of Items
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items presented for transportation, removal, or recovery are properly packaged, wrapped, and secured to withstand normal handling, loading, and transit conditions.
Where StopCar Transport reasonably considers that an item has not been adequately packaged or wrapped, we reserve the right to: (a) refuse to accept the item for transport; or (b) accept the item subject to an additional handling or packaging surcharge, at our discretion.
StopCar Transport accepts no liability for any damage, loss, or deterioration to items arising from inadequate, insufficient, or improper packaging or wrapping by the customer. This exclusion applies regardless of whether the item was accepted for transport with or without an additional surcharge under the preceding clause.
